General Guidelines for Eligibility:

All Participants are required to meet income eligibility guidelines determined by Housing and Urban Development. Priority is given to:

                  - Homeless Applicants
             - Applicants who are in a recovery program, DV Shelter
             - Elderly Applicants
             - Disabled Applicants
             - Family Composition
             - Application Date
